Why we built Codivers

We kept seeing the same pattern in technical consulting: qualified consultants stuck in opaque pipelines, clients drowning in unranked CVs, and new hires losing their first month to onboarding instead of delivery. Codivers exists to compress that gap. match the right consultant up front, and make them productive from day one.
