Companies that hire IT, software, data, or consulting talent for paid work.

• Registered business entity. Limited company, sole trader, or equivalent legal entity with a verifiable name and address.
• Business email. Sign up with a company email tied to your domain. Free webmail addresses are not accepted for posting roles.
• Real, paid engagements. You are hiring for paid employment, contract, or vendor engagements. No unpaid trials or speculative work.
• Authority to engage. You can sign engagement terms, NDAs, and a data processing addendum on behalf of your company.
• Fair and respectful selection. You commit to non-discriminatory hiring, honest feedback, and responsible handling of candidate data.

Services companies, staffing firms, and software providers that supply talent or licensed software.

• Legally registered company. Active company registration and tax number. We may ask for documentation during approval.
• Something real to list. At least one vetted IT or consulting candidate on bench, or licensed software you are authorized to resell.
• Commercial terms accepted. You agree to platform fees, NDA, and data processing terms before publishing any candidate or product.
• Single accountable contact. You name one person responsible for compliance, response time, and resolving any client feedback.
• Honest, current listings. Profiles and product info must be accurate. Inactive candidates or out-of-stock products must be unlisted promptly.

Vetted professionals in IT, software, data, design, or consulting who want quality engagements.

• Professional in a supported domain. Software, data, cloud, security, design, product, or consulting. Junior to executive levels welcome.
• Right to work. You hold the right to work in at least one supported country, or are available remotely under a valid contract structure.
• Truthful, complete profile. Real resume, real experience, and at least one verifiable reference or prior engagement.
• Code of conduct. No misrepresentation, no parallel listings during an exclusive engagement, and respectful communication with clients.
